Stuart Berry and Peter Davies had finished their apprenticeships with a well respected electrical company based in Hereford which is still trading today.

They joined together to carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work in the domestic and commercial sector. In 1986 they became members of the N.I.C.E.I.C. and due to increased workload they took on more staff and continued to expand carrying out more specialised installation such as Fire Alarms, Emergency and Security lighting.

In 1993 they were joint electrical contractors at Sun Valley Poultry in Hereford. At Sun Valley, following a devastating fire which destroyed a main production plant they assisted in turning a store area into a running production line within 6 weeks. They were also involved in the relocation of Davies Brooks Soft Drinks liasing with a Dutch plant manufacturer in complete installation of new production.

Due to combined growth they became a limited company in 2001.
